Request a virtual or physical Nexus Pay card via the app, website, or phone in a few minutes. Below are the essentials.
What you’ll need
- Nexus Pay account (signed in)
- Photo ID and proof of address (first-time requests or as requested)
- Shipping address (for physical cards)
- Phone or email for verification (OTP)
How to request
- In the app (fastest): Cards → Request New Card → choose Virtual or Physical → fill name & address (if physical) → upload documents if asked → Submit.
- On the website: Sign in → Cards → Request New Card → complete form → upload docs if asked → Submit.
- By phone: Call [support number], verify identity with two items (e.g., DOB + OTP), tell the agent card type and shipping address.
What happens next
- We verify your identity and run KYC/eligibility checks.
- If approved:
- Virtual card: appears in-app (usually within minutes).
- Physical card: ships with tracking (typically 3–7 business days).
- We’ll notify you in the app and by email.
Typical timelines
- Virtual: minutes (target <30 minutes after KYC approval)
- Physical: 3–7 business days after approval
- Manual KYC: may take up to 48 hours
Security note
- We will never ask for your full card number (PAN) or CVV via chat, email, or phone. Use the in-app secure upload for documents.
