You can access your NexusPay transaction history 24/7 through the mobile app or web dashboard. This allows you to track spending, monitor incoming funds, and export data for personal or business accounting.
Viewing your transactions
To see your recent activity:
Log in to your NexusPay account.
Select the Activity tab from the main navigation menu.
Your transactions will appear in chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
Understanding transaction statuses
Use these definitions to understand the current state of your funds:
Pending: The merchant has authorized the payment, but the funds have not yet left your account.
Completed: The transaction is finalized and your balance has been updated.
Declined: The payment was unsuccessful (e.g., insufficient funds or incorrect CVV).
Refunded: Funds have been returned to your account by the merchant.
Filtering and searching
To find a specific payment without scrolling, use the Filter tool to sort by:
Date Range: View activity from specific start and end dates.
Transaction Type: Filter by deposits, transfers, or card payments.
Amount: Locate transactions within a specific price range.
Exporting data for accounting
You can export your history for tax or business purposes in CSV, PDF, or QBO formats:
Navigate to the Activity tab.
Click the Export icon (top right).
Select your preferred file format and date range, then click Download.
Reporting unrecognized transactions
If you see a transaction you do not recognize:
Tap the transaction to view the merchant's full details and location.
If the charge is unauthorized, go to the Cards section and select Freeze Card immediately.
